Appointment Information

Here at Central Dental Care, appointments can be made in person or by telephoning the practice. We will send out a reminder by e-mail or SMS.

To enable us to provide the best service, we must be able to contact you. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the contact details we have for you remain up to date. Please telephone the surgery to update your personal details.

For those that fail to attend an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a charge applied.

Emergency Appointments

At Central Dental Care, our registered patients will remain our priority. If you are a registered patient, please telephone the surgery for assistance during an emergency.

Subject to availability we may be able to offer emergency appointments to unregistered patients during working hours only (9am-5pm). In this situation, a non refundable fee of £100 will be taken. Should the treatment required and undertaken exceed the cost then the difference will be payable.
